Orientation week, with Emily. I don't see her much these days...Below are a few interesting shirts my friend David and I saw as we were trying to find a coffee place in a department store near the Hirakata train station.






So they started selling Halloween things in Japan a few years ago, even though it's not a Japanese holiday....hmmmm. Weird.

What some of the cereal looks like---so cute!This is a piece of art (statue?? I can't think in English!) that is on campus at Kansai Gaidai. I took these on a sunny day, it was fun. You can see some of the campus in its reflection. I did not find any explanation of what it was (if it was built in some one's memory, etc).
